Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, just head to our Returns Portal. Enter your order details, select the item you'd like to return, and the portal will guide you through the rest, including where to send your package. Returns are sent to: 781 W 14600 S Suite B, Bluffdale Utah 84065, United States.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the portal will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at orders@liftthreadz.com.

 

Free returns & package protection

At checkout, you have the option to add Checkout+, an optional add-on that covers both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

  • Free return shipping: if you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered.
  • Package protection: if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim through our Returns Portal.
  • Checkout+ can't be cancelled or refunded after purchase, and it won't be included in any store credit or refund amounts.
  • Coverage can't be added to an order after it's been placed.

If you didn't add Checkout+ at checkout and would like to initiate a return, please use the Returns Portal where a return shipping label will be sourced fro you. Note you're responsible for the cost of return shipping on standard returns.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, head to our Returns Portal, start a return, and select the item you received so we can see what went wrong. From there we'll be able to help you out and make it right.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or any damaged/worn items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Looking for a different item instead? You can start an exchange right in our Returns Portal. Just select the item you'd like to return and choose the item you'd like to exchange it for, and we'll take care of the rest. No need to make a separate purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 80% of your original payment method within 10 business days. When items are returned, we have a 20% restocking fee as we are a small business. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
